For the last year, I've been working on a new product aimed at augmenting the tabletop boardgame experience. Learn2Play aims to uplift the customer experience when it comes to learning and playing board games, allowing players to easily step through how to play and get them playing quickly.
At ME Bank, I was part of a team working on overhauling the digital experience, with a particular focus on the ME Bank mobile app. We focused on delivering a cutting-edge app experience for our customers, allowing them to bank easily and manage their money efficiently.
As a video game fan, I've always found it so frustrating trying to organize my collection and find in-depth information about various games. In 2018, I partnered with a developer to design a new mobile app that would help me solve this problem.
Over three years at Tabcorp, I was responsible for the improvement and innovation of the Keno product's digital platforms, including the mobile app and website. In particular, I led the implementation of features focusing on surprising and delighting our customers through gamification and rewards.
